Meet the Founder Will Knecht
Will Knecht is a man who has struggled with being distracted by the things of this world. After many years of trying to create the “idyllic life” by pursuing wealth and notoriety - and trying to live for the applause of others rather than listening to God's voice - he watched it all burn down through financial collapse and divorce.
After years of refinement by his Savior, in 2024, will was ultimately called to share biblical truth to other men through More The Man. The vision of this ministry, initially realized through a weekly email newsletter and soon to come podcast, is to share what intimacy with Christ and biblical manhood looks like.
Will is also a managing partner in the Gameday Men’s Health clinic system in NC, SC, and GA.
He married his lovely bride Annah in 2022 and between them they have five children. Will also has an 19-month old granddaughter. He and his family live in Wilmington, NC where he teaches 7th-8th grade young men on Sunday mornings and fellow Christ-followers on Friday mornings. Will travels the country speaking into the lives of Christian men as a speaker and is a frequent podcast guest.
